01 · New site

A premium marketing site.

A Next.js site built around the brand. Hero, services, about, contact — all designed to make booking the obvious next click. SEO-clean, fast on mobile, deployed on Cloudflare with monitoring and analytics wired in from day one.

02 · Booking system

From URL to confirmation in 60 seconds.

We built the entire booker — a four-step flow that validates every selection up front so the next step never fails. Service, time, party, review & pay. State persists across steps, server-side validation on every submission.

03 · Payment system

Stripe-powered checkout with weather refunds.

Card captured at booking, deposit charged immediately, balance settled on trip completion. Free cancellation for unsafe weather is baked into the refund flow — no support ticket needed. PCI compliance handled entirely by Stripe.

04 · Email automation

Confirmations land before the page reloads.

Resend-powered transactional email. Customer gets a branded confirmation with trip details + a calendar invite; the operator gets a structured booking notification on their phone. Bookings sync to the operator's Google Calendar in seconds via a service-account OAuth flow we built end to end.

The delivery

Shipped on a fixed scope, live on the client's domain.

Two weeks from kickoff to launch. We handed over a production site with monitoring wired in, then moved to a monthly maintenance retainer for hosting and small enhancements. The Studio template we extracted from this engagement is what every future Studio build now starts from.
