Data deletion

How to disconnect StandardOS from your accounts and have us delete the data we hold. This page is also the data deletion instructions for the StandardOS app on Meta.

What we hold

Access tokens for the platforms you connected, cached data from those platforms, the brand, campaign and content data you created in StandardOS, and your account details. The Privacy Policy describes each in more detail.

Step 1. Disconnect inside StandardOS

Open the Connections page in StandardOS and choose Disconnect next to the account. The stored OAuth credentials are deleted immediately and cached data from that platform is deleted within 30 days.

Step 2. Revoke access on the platform side

This is optional but recommended. It makes any stored token useless straight away.

  • Meta. In Meta Business Suite or Business Manager, open Settings, then Business integrations (in Business Manager: Business settings, then Integrations, then Connected apps), find StandardOS and remove it. On a personal Facebook account, go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations.
  • Google. Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, choose StandardOS and remove its access.

Step 3. Ask us to delete everything

Email noah@standard-dev.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my StandardOS data". Tell us whether you want the whole account deleted or only the data from one platform. We confirm receipt within 7 days, complete the deletion within 30 days, and email you when it is done. Backups cycle out within 90 days after that.

What we may keep

Invoices and records the law requires us to keep, and anonymous usage statistics that no longer identify you.

If you arrived here from Meta

If you removed StandardOS from your Meta settings, our access ended at that moment. To have the data we already stored deleted as well, send the email in step 3.
